In my approach, I combine experiential and theoretical knowledge, psychotherapeutic techniques, guided practices, and meditations to help people reconnect with their inner world. I work gently, at a pace that suits each individual, with deep attention to the mind-body connection, especially in moments of anxiety, overwhelm, or when we feel out of touch with ourselves.<\/p>
